Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a creative form of psychotherapy that uses visual art-making—such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage—to explore internal experiences and support psychological healing. With the guidance of a trained art therapist, clients use art as a means of self-expression, helping them access and process thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to verbalize.

This therapeutic approach is especially helpful for children, adolescents, and adults who prefer, or may wish to explore the use of creative expression in therapy. Contrary to common belief, no artistic skill or experience is required and clients are encouraged to come as they are.

Art Therapy can support clients in working through anxiety, trauma, grief, and other emotional or behavioural challenges, offering a non-judgmental space to reflect, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
